Usually ready in 4 hoursThe TP Link Router MR100 (model TL-MR100) turns a 4G SIM card into a Wi-Fi network. It has an integrated 4G LTE modem and a built-in SIM card slot, so you insert a data SIM, power the router on and share the connection. It suits homes, small offices, temporary stores and remote locations across the UAE.
Plug and play, no configuration needed
TP-Link positions the MR100 as a plug-and-play router. Once your SIM is in and the router is powered on, your devices can connect to its Wi-Fi network. A data SIM is required and is not part of the package contents listed by TP-Link.
4G LTE speed and Wi-Fi for up to 32 devices
The TP Link Router MR100 supports 4G LTE download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. Its 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) runs at up to 300 Mbps and can be shared with up to 32 wireless devices such as phones, tablets and laptops. These are maximum rates and real speeds depend on your mobile network and signal.
Supports FDD-LTE, TDD-LTE and 3G
The router works with both FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE networks and is backward compatible with 3G (HSPA/UMTS), so it can stay online where 4G coverage is limited.
Ethernet ports and Wi-Fi router mode
Two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (one LAN and one LAN/WAN) let you connect wired devices such as a desktop PC. The LAN/WAN port also lets the MR100 work as a standard Wi-Fi router from an Ethernet connection, which gives you a backup option if a 4G connection is not available. It supports 3G/4G Router and Wireless Router operating modes, plus WAN failover.
